
Shipping Tropical Plants from Florida


				Surprise! Its not very difficult to ship sensitive Tropical Plants from our nursery in Florida to just about anywhere. We ship to almost all North America weekly via Temperature Controlled Trucks. Due to Agricultural restrictions we can not ship small (less than truckload) orders to California or Arizona. We also ship to Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean, just about anywhere!!

Most truckers establish minimum order requirements to limit the number of stops a truck has to make and ensure fresh plants at the last stop as well as the first. These minimums start at 100 cubic feet and may require up to 500 cubic feet depending on the destination. The cubic feet refers to the space taken by the plants since plants are generally lightweight relative to their size. 100 cubic feet would consist of approximately 50 - 10” pot size plants or 20 boxes or a combination of boxes and loose plants. If it sounds complicated, it is (a little), don’t worry, we’ll help figure it out.
